Our senior staff:

Paul C. Catinella
President & CEO
Paul C. Catinella, President and Chief Operating Officer, has over 30 years of experience in the real estate financing industry. Catinella has held senior positions with Meridian Bancorp, Frankford Bank, and Fidelity Bond and Mortgage Company. He was also the President of the Pennsylvania Mortgage Bankers Association in 1994 and served on the Federal National Mortgage Association Northeast Regional Advisory Board in 2000. Catinella formed IMC in April 1994, with loan volume today approaching $1 billion.

Thomas C. Pillion, III
Senior Vice President
Thomas C. Pillion, III, Senior Vice President, is responsible for the origination and servicing of all IMC loan products. In addition, Pillion is responsible for IMC's correspondent lending program. Pillion has over 22 years of commercial mortgage banking experience. He presently serves as President of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Greater Philadelphia and is a member of the Board of Governors of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Pennsylvania.

Barrae A. Weisel
Chief Financial Officer
Barrae A. Weisel, Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for managing all aspects of corporate accounting and loan administration. She has been with IMC since its inception. Weisel is a CPA and has more than 17 years of experience in the accounting field, 14 of which are in the mortgage banking industry. Weisel is a graduate of Penn State University and is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Robert E. Delaney
Vice President
Robert E. Delaney, Vice President, has over 15 years of construction lending experience with major Philadelphia lending institutions: Continental Bank, Summit Bank, and GMAC residential. At IMC, Bob is responsible for the origination, underwriting, closing, and administration of residential subdivision, commerical property construction loans and consumer loans.

Charles T. Pedano
Vice President
Charles T. Pedano, Vice President, has been financing real estate for over 30 years both as a commercial mortgage loan broker and a direct lender with major Philadelphia banks: First Pennsylvania, Girard, and Mellon. At IMC, Pedano is responsible for the origination, underwriting, closing, and administration of residential subdivision and commercial property construction loans and the brokerage of permanent mortgage loans for income-producing properties.

Evan C. Eckert
Vice President
Evan C. Eckert, Vice President, is responsible for the production of both builder and consumer construction loans. Eckert has more than 44 years of experience in the banking industry, including 32 years with Atlantic Financial Federal, successor to Community Federal Savings & Loan of Philadelphia, where he was Senior Vice President responsible for all residential lending, including the secondary market.

Paul R. Catinella
Assistant Vice President
Paul R. Catinella, Assistant Vice President, is responsible for all areas of residential construction lending, including origination, underwriting, closing, post-closing, and servicing. Catinella's primary responsibilities include the marketing of IMC's residential construction loan services and the establishment of correspondent relationships with other mortgage bankers and brokers. Catinella also serves as the IMC representative at trade shows in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
